This Spring/Summer, Clout has helped the YMCA to run an outdoor advertising campaign to promote the Ontario Self Employment Benefit Program (OSEB), a program which the Y facilitates for the Employment Ontario and Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities; OSEB provides aspiring entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial support while they develop and start their business.
